At Quickwash, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

You may return eligible items within 3 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required

Items that are damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider

Damaged or Faulty Products

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos/videos of the issue
  • A brief description of the problem

We will work quickly to resolve the issue through a replacement, repair, or refund where applicable.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Used products
  • Products damaged by misuse
  • Clearance or sale items (if applicable)

Return Shipping

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
